In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you have the option to return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving the goods..
Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
In this case, we will refund the purchase price only.

Refund
After receiving your return, processing and refunding may take up to 1–2 business days. The refund will always be issued via the original payment method.
For credit card payments, the amount will be credited back to your credit card account. The time it takes to appear depends on your card provider and is usually completed within one to two billing cycles.
If the recipient of the order differs from the buyer, the refund will still be issued exclusively to the cardholder.

Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us in advance by phone or, preferably, by email at so we can reserve the desired size for you, if available.
An exchange for a different item is also possible. The new item will be shipped once we have received your return, inspected it, and confirmed it is in perfect condition.
For exchanges, we will provide you with a return label.
